Q. Are TheCapeCantina products pre-cut?

A. Yes! All of our products arrive to you pre-cut unless otherwise stated. 

Q. What are your capes made out of?

A. High Quality Fabric

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. Generally anywhere from 1 week to a month depending if you are located in USA or somewhere else. If your order was shipped with tracking, please check your email for tracking number. Envelope orders only receive order confirmation email. 

Q. I might be missing an item.

A. Double check the inside of the package. Contact us and provide us your order number, photo of your entire order, and packaging. 

Q. Do you accept returns/cancellations?

A. All sales are final. We do not accept returns. In rare instances, we might accept a cancel request for your order if it has not yet been packed.
