Q. Where are you located?

A. United States, Northern California

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. Anywhere, but certain countries have huge mail theft problems, so please be aware! 

 

Q. What are your capes made out of?

A. Fabric and other high-quality material (NEVER PAPER!)

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. All orders are by default shipped in an envelope, so the shipping estimate is for envelope stamp shipping. USA: 1-2 Weeks, International: 1-3 Weeks. If your order was shipped with tracking, please check your email or contact support for the tracking info!

Q. I am not from the USA, but paid for international shipping, and I'm not getting tracking updates.

A. You can only track the progress of your package in our country. Your country doesn't have USPS tracking software that can tell you exactly where your package is. 

Q. What If I'm missing an item?

A. Email us to thecapecantina@gmail.com or contact us thru Instagram DM @thecapecantina include a PHOTO of your ENTIRE order and tell us what your missing, and your address. 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We do not take returns.
